Projects, which were implemented by the Jelgava regional adult educational centre, provide:

• A possibility to raise finances for granting inhabitants with more ample opportunities for free education
• Exchange experience and formation of new relations in the international and local scale
• Perfection of material resources of educational process in correspondence with the state and European standarts.
